San Rafael Civic Center Farmers Markets
Sunday and Thursday mornings: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm year-round at the Marin Civic Center, San Rafael (see map and directions below). Features approximately 150 (Sunday) and 110 (Thursday) growers, food purveyors and artisans at peak season.
Welcome - Sunday Civic Center Farmers Market
There is a destination to take the whole family this Sunday... the Marin Farmers Market! This is the place that has everything that is fresh and local. Only here, at the third largest farmers market in the state, will you find such an enormous selection of farmers from all over Northern California. We have organic tomatoes and melons from the Capay Valley, peaches and plums from the San Joaquin Valley, organic apples from Sonoma. If you're a locavore who's counting your food miles, the Marin Farmers Market has an abundance of local growers at our market. Every week you can find a full selection of fresh organic produce from Paradise Valley Produce, County Line Harvest, Marin Roots Farm, Little Organic Farm, Star Route Farm, Devils Gulch Ranch, Clarke Summit Farm, Woodside Farm and Marin Sun Farm.
The Marin Farmers Market also features thirteen different bakeries, a full selection of gourmet food to eat while you are here or to take home, and an artisan market that rivals any art fair with up to 40 juried craftspeople on any given Sunday
The Farmers Market has an exciting new farmer; Massa Organics!! Greg Massa grows organic rice along the Sacramento River near Chico. Besides being a sustainable product you will find this rice is bursting with flavor. Massa is located in the middle isle next to the Proteas, I urge you to support our newest farmer so he stays with us for many years to come!
Thank you for shopping fresh and local.

Welcome - Thursday Civic Center Farmers Market
As we enjoy the beautiful Autumn weather and approach our Winter season, I invite you to take advantage of all the wonderful fall and winter produce that is showcased at our markets. Beautiful pumpkins, winter squash, root vegetables, persimmons, apples and pears are a few of my favorites this time of year.
Stop by our information booth at the market to see a complete list of vendors attending the market each week.
Thanks for supporting local farmers' markets.
