CHEF DEMONSTRATIONS: MARIN COUNTY FAIR
Eating locally grown food is the most delicious step we can take toward shrinking our ecological footprint. Marin Farmers Markets and Chef Eric Gower teamed up for daily chef demonstrations at this year's Marin County Fair to help people learn simple, yet memorable recipes and meet the farmer or rancher that grew their food.
